1060 aluminum alloy:
* Chemical composition:
aluminum (Al) content of over 99.60%.
silicon (Si) 0.25%,
copper (Cu) 0.05%,
magnesium (Mg) 0.03%,
zinc (Zn) 0.05%,
manganese (Mn) 0.03%,
titanium (Ti) 0.03%,
vanadium (V) 0.05%,
iron (Fe) 0.35%, and each individual impurity element does not exceed 0.03%.

Mechanical properties

Tensile strength: 75 – 136MPa.
Yield strength: Approximately 35 – 125MPa.
Elongation: Usually ≥20%.
Hardness: The Brinell hardness is approximately 16 – 32HB
Shear strength: About 50 – 75MPa.
Fatigue strength: 20 – 45MPa.

Characteristic

The 1060 aluminum alloy has relatively low strength, but a high elongation rate and good plasticity.
